Structured support for people building stability, responsibility, healthy connection, and a life rooted in recovery.
How we help
Recovery needs more than an address. It needs a stable environment, useful relationships, clear expectations, and room to practice a different way of living.
A substance-free, peer-centered living environment designed around safety, structure, accountability, and connection.
A recovery-oriented reentry pathway supporting stabilization, responsible daily living, and successful community reintegration.
Lived-experience support that helps people recognize strengths, navigate barriers, build recovery capital, and take the next right step.
Coming soon — 2027
The Phoenix is expanding its continuum of care with outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment programming—bringing clinical services alongside recovery housing, transitional housing, and peer recovery support.

Our philosophy
“We do not save people. We stand beside them while they build the tools, relationships, and responsibility that make recovery sustainable.”
The Phoenix approach is compassionate without removing responsibility. Every person is treated with respect, invited into honest connection, and expected to participate in the work of rebuilding.
The goal is not dependence on a program. The goal is increasing stability, stronger recovery capital, healthier relationships, and greater independence in the community.
What progress looks like
Enter a safe, substance-free environment and learn the structure of the community.
Participate in meetings, check-ins, peer support, and an individualized plan for progress.
Strengthen routines, relationships, recovery capital, and practical life skills.
Prepare for greater independence with a stronger foundation and a connected support network.
What guides us
Protecting the stability of the recovery environment and the people who share it.
Recognizing every person’s dignity while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries.
Helping residents follow through, repair what can be repaired, and own their next step.
Building healthy relationships that can continue long after a resident leaves the program.
Good questions matter
Program fit, referral requirements, and availability are reviewed individually.
Adults seeking a structured, recovery-centered environment and willing to participate in community expectations. Each referral is considered individually.
Phoenix currently provides recovery housing, transitional housing, and peer-based supports. Outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment programming is planned for 2027. Until those services launch, current supports may be coordinated with clinical, supervision, or community partners when appropriate.
Residents are expected to maintain sobriety, respect people and property, follow program and house expectations, participate in required meetings and check-ins, and work toward individualized goals.
A referral begins with a conversation about program fit, required documentation, availability, and the person’s next steps.

The next right step
Recovery does not erase the past. It gives a person the ground, the people, and the practice to build forward from it.
